fruits and tomatoes without use of preservatives.
Modern fruit beverage & ketchup plants are
signed to use bulk aseptic packs. Concentrates
of mango, banana, pink guava, tomato, sapota,
red papaya in bulk aseptic packs can be processed
same plant.

well as domestic markets. There is demand for
tomato paste and mango puree in the domestic market.
End uses are weaning foods; fruit based beverages,
biscuits & confectionery, tomato ketchup industry
etc. global trade of 11 lakhs MT of tomato paste,
1.2 lakhs of banana puree, 90,000 MT of mango
puree. India’s share in mango puree trade
is about 50%.
