Product Description and Product Mix

Bulk aseptic packs enable storage of concentrates of fruits and tomatoes without use of preservatives. Modern fruit beverage & ketchup plants are signed to use bulk aseptic packs. Concentrates of mango, banana, pink guava, tomato, sapota, red papaya in bulk aseptic packs can be processed same plant.

5 MT/hour of fruits and tomato of raw material.

Markets

Export markets as well as domestic markets. There is demand for tomato paste and mango puree in the domestic market. End uses are weaning foods; fruit based beverages, biscuits & confectionery, tomato ketchup industry etc. global trade of 11 lakhs MT of tomato paste, 1.2 lakhs of banana puree, 90,000 MT of mango puree. India’s share in mango puree trade is about 50%.

Raw material availability

Good availability of mango, banana and sapota in South Gujarat. Large quantity of tomato is available near Vadodara. Pink guava available in Vodadara and Mehsana. Backward linkages need to be developed too.
